Hot Wings: Swing & Jazz of 20’s–60‘s

Event Description

Hot Wings is a young, energetic band whose main repertoire comprises music played in the United States between the 1920s and 1960s. In other words jazz and its developmental styles. From Dixieland, swing, blues, funky, be-bop, rock’n’roll all the way to jazz-rock, with the occasional digression into other more closely or loosely related genres such as electroswing. Not forgetting American folk of course.

Their concerts clearly bring enthusiasm and joy not only to audiences, but also the band members themselves.

Hot Wings also includes jazz standards from Herbie Hancock and Sonny Rollins, as well as tracks from Pulp Fiction, Game of Thrones and Star Wars.
